Sports Director email

Dear Matt,
My name is Dana Weltman and I am a current Penn State student enrolled in a sports motion class (Photo 410). I am emailing you on behalf of my class as I am very interested in photographing a women's volleyball game. For one of our assignments we were asked to choose a sporting event to photograph and I instantly chose volleyball. I have always been a huge fan of volleyball and I believe this would truly be an incredible experience for me. 
If this is approved, I would like to request media credentials. Also, due to this being a class assignment, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I have also copied my professor in this email so if you have any questions for him, he will happily respond.
